With a combination of many years experience in the
retail industry - including time in cosmetics – and
a lifelong passion for aromatherapy and fragrances,
we are proud to introduce to you our brand new
fantastic website..... heaven-essence.co.uk. – for
all your bathing needs.
At HeavenEssence we love
bath-time so much that we want to dedicate our lives
to making it as beautiful and special an experience
as possible.... so we took all our favourite
ingredients, aromatic blends and delicious butter
and oils and mixed them together to make a whole
variety of sumptuous treats for everyone to enjoy!

All of our bath products are
freshly hand-made to order, not mass produced. None
of our products have been tested on animals – only
on willing human volunteers.
A word from
HeavenEssence’s Creator:
The story began when during a
long spell of illness, I was unable to work and
therefore unable to afford the luxuries in life
including my absolute favourites – bath bombs (and
melts, and soaps etc!)...... One day I decided to
try to create my own products suitable for my
sensitive skin and more cost effective - and found
that not only did I love the craft, it allowed me to
indulge my long-term interest in Aromatherapy and my
love of bath-time. .... Once I started making the
products and sharing them with my friends (who all
wanted to buy more) I decided that I would start my
life anew and create my own company so that I could
share my bath-time goodies with the world!
After many long months of
research, experimentation and dedication our product
list was created and HeavenEssence was born.
Our Policies
At HeavenEssence we like to recycle our packaging
and as such we may re-use boxes and packets as well
as poly chips..... this helps us keep our posting
charges low as we hate making our lovely customers
pay for loads of packaging too!
Customers who wish to pay by cheque may do so but
the order will not be despatched until the cheque
has cleared in our account. Please make cheques
payable to HeavenEssence.
Should you be dissatisfied with your item then
please contact us without delay to resolve any
issues.
Returned items will be accepted as long as the buyer
has cancelled the purchase within 7 days and the
item is returned within 14 days. Once we receive
your returned item we will despatch a replacement.
We send all our parcels by Royal Mail with next day
recorded delivery. We will let you know when your
item has been despatched. The item will need to be
signed for.
